DMC Comsats Islamabad invited Ali Arshad, the founder of Vibes in order to be a panelist and interact with the youth. It was seen as a great opportunity for the founder to share his innovative ideas and experiences during his journey of introducing Vibes and running it in his own creative way.
Panel Representation by VIBES FOUNDER Mr. Ali Arshad
At first he was asked to introduced Vibes to which he replied as:
“Aslam O alaikum everyone, we are Pakistan's first innovative fashion brand called Vibes. Until now in Pakistan not much of the focus has ever been towards the innovation in the fashion industry so Vibes is doing that. Recently we launched our first product called factors which was stainless, waterproof and breathable shirts which you can wear especially in northern areas. And now our upcoming project is also related to T-shirts but what’s different about these shirts would be that their color would change. What you would need to do is you’ll just go to Vibes website and pick any color of your choice and the color of your shirt will be changed. So hopefully I'm looking forward to it. Thankyou”
Journey from learning to becoming great
Moving forward according to his experiences during this whole journey he was asked whether he would prefer career or money and he replied by saying my fellow panelist has already talked about regarding career, and all everything so basically whatever field you go in it’s very important for you to set four rules so I’m going to tell you guys about the four rules I follow and I hope so you guys will remember them: “So the first one is;
"learning gives you creativity
Creativity gives you thinking
Thinking leads you to knowledge
Knowledge is what makes you great”
"So you need to become great, You need to start learning from now. Don’t ever stop learning at any phase of your life no matter what plus talking about your question that if profit is important or the other things so obviously profit is important for everyone as they want to grow their business and at start you can not expect much profit and to make that happen it’s important to be focused on your goal doesn’t matter if you face failures and good things about it that you need to give at least 5-6 years to any specific field that you choose for yourself. I’m sure you guys can achieve it and one last thing about the question regarding playing with the customers so these days customer is not buying a brand they want to join it so as we talked about apple earlier that it’s experienced based right so it’s all about giving value because some one in panel already said earlier that they are providing value and give proper counselling for it so in every field there’s different value addition which is very important" and He said an amazing think regarding market style. Mr. Ali Arshad said "these days stories are much more bought by people rather than products".
